These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Libra Massage website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. 

About Libra Massage 
Libra Massage is an independent massage and bodywork therapy practice located in Apex, North Carolina. Massage and bodywork services are provided by Angelina Gonzalez, North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, License #21469. 

Website Information Is Not Medical Advice 
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, chiropractic care, mental-health care, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Massage and bodywork therapists do not diagnose illness or disease or prescribe medication. 

Do not use the website for a medical emergency. Call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding symptoms, medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, recent surgery, infection, injury, medications, or whether massage is appropriate for you. 

No Therapist-Client Relationship Through Website Use 
Visiting the website, reading its content, sending a message, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a therapist-client relationship. A professional relationship begins only when an appointment is accepted and the required intake, informed-consent, and service procedures are completed. 

Appointments, Booking, and Payment 
Online booking. Appointments are booked through Vagaro. New clients may be required to create an account, provide a valid card on file, and complete intake and consent documents before receiving services. An appointment is not guaranteed until it is shown as confirmed in the booking system or confirmed by Libra Massage. 

Accurate information. You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, health, intake, and payment information and to update information that changes before your appointment. 

Rates and availability. Services, appointment lengths, rates, promotions, and availability may change. The rate and service details presented and accepted when an appointment is confirmed will govern that appointment unless you and Libra Massage agree otherwise. 
Cancellations and missed appointments. The cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, and card-on-file policies displayed during booking are part of your agreement with Libra Massage. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged the fee disclosed through the booking process. Late arrival may reduce the hands-on session time without reducing the scheduled fee. 

Third-party processing. Booking and payment transactions are processed using Vagaro and its providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. 

Health Information, Consent, and Service Decisions 
You are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, medications, recent surgeries or procedures, pregnancy, injuries, infections, allergies, and changes in symptoms. Withholding material information may affect the safety or suitability of services. 

Massage and bodywork may be modified, postponed, declined, or ended when Libra Massage reasonably believes that a service may be unsafe, is outside the practitioner's scope of practice, requires medical clearance, or cannot be performed within professional standards. You may ask questions, request modifications, decline a technique, or withdraw consent at any time during a session. 

These website Terms do not replace the intake, informed-consent, draping, professional-boundary, or other client documents used for an appointment. 

Professional and Appropriate Conduct 
All services are professional, therapeutic, and strictly nonsexual. Sexual requests, harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, intoxication that creates a safety concern, or other inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate end of a session, assessment of applicable charges, refusal of future service, and additional action when appropriate. 

Minors 
A parent or legal guardian must arrange services for a minor and complete any required consent or authorization. Libra Massage may require the parent or guardian to be present or otherwise involved according to practice policy, the minor's age, and applicable law. 

Communications 
When you submit contact information or book an appointment, you authorize Libra Massage and its service providers to send communications reasonably related to your inquiry, appointment, payment, intake, policy updates, or safety. Promotional email or text messages will be sent only as permitted by law and the consent you provide. Message and data rates may apply. 

Intellectual Property 
Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, design, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, downloads, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Libra Massage and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute, scrape, or exploit website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law. 

Acceptable Use 
You may not use the website to violate law; impersonate another person; submit false, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, or harmful material; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; harvest information about others; or use automated tools to scrape or overload the website. We may restrict access or take other reasonable action in response to suspected misuse. 

Third-Party Links and Services 
The website may link to or display content from third parties, including Vagaro, Google, maps, payment providers, and social-media platforms. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean that Libra Massage controls or guarantees the third party. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. 

Changes to These Terms 
We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the website and changing the last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
